The Keele Practice is excellent in every respect. It is highly professional while maintaining an extremely friendly and supportive environment. Consultations are thorough and when required referrals are made thoughtfully. It is a busy practice but through excellent organisation and strong staff commitment patients are made to feel welcome and valued.

The doctors that I've had appointments with have been lovely. Dr Clarson has been great in helping me in my condition that other doctors have brushed over.

Appointments are hard to get but this is a problem countrywide.

Yvette is the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. Don't offer a telephone app if you cannot be bothered to listen and then talk over the patient. This is a shame as the staff are generally great, Yvette is a stand out for really rude behaviour. Seriously - as someone involved in clinical care - her response is awful.

Keele Practice is excellent in every respect. Doctors are thorough in making a diagnosis and where necessary in organising appropriate referrals. This is done in a very supportive way with clear explanations of what is involved. Clinical support staff provide excellent services. Administrative staff are friendly and efficient. The response of the Practice to the Covid emergency has been excellent.

Dr. Clarkson was very patient and listened carefully to my concerns. He then outlined the treatment needed and put into place the pathway to recovery. He made me feel that I was in good hands. Thank you.

Parking is a problem.
